Psychotherapy and counselling in Cork
Trauma-informed therapy in Cork
I work relationally and directly with experiences that can feel painful, chaotic, frightening, isolating, or difficult to speak about openly. This may include intense emotions, neurodivergence, trauma, emotional pain, shame, overwhelm, relational wounds, or a deep sense of disconnection from self or others.

Therapy is not a space where you have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or arrive with everything worked out. It is a space where difficult inner experiences can begin to be understood safely, honestly, and without judgement.
There is no expectation to be anything other than human here.
